Shelly JacksonI am a registered Yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. I received my teaching certificate from Houston Medical Center’s, Institute of Spirituality & Health. My passion for Yoga began in my very first Vinyasa class, where I directly experienced the mind, body, and breath connection that practicing Yoga cultivates. It was my appreciation for my own wellbeing, and the deep respect I developed for Yoga's healing art that turned me from student to teacher in four personally transformational years. As an instructor, my objective is to tune you into the soft signals of your own mind and body through focused awareness to breath and sustained muscle movement. I primarily consider myself a guide inviting you to consciously breathe as you cultivate strength and flexibility, and joyfully unite to your internal body rhythm. I wholeheartedly believe Yoga can be a divine addition to anyone’s life. It does not need to be achieved or attained, just explored and enjoyed.
